Descriptive matter: Images contained on this website are a low-res digital representation of the original images, and may vary slightly from the end print.

Guarantee: In the event of damage in transit to your print, you may return it to us for replacement or a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, but you should notify us within 2 days of recorded receipt.

Prices: All prices quoted in GPB pounds sterling, we are not a VAT registered company so no VAT will be added to your order. Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time.

Delivery: All our deliveries are made by Royal Mail on 'Special Delivery' unless special arrangements are required due to location, where special shipping rates may apply due to use of currier services. The purchaser shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to goods in transit. Claims for loss from packages, damage, deviation, miss-delivery or delay must be made by email within 2 days from date of delivery to your address. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of time of purchase.

Payment: Terms of payment are Paypal payment at time of order with order processed after transaction has cleared.

Copyright: All images on the website are copyright of the photographer; Martin Twomey and all moral right are asserted. Your purchased prints are protected by copyright. Your ownership of the printed artwork does not include ownership of the image. The printed artwork is for personal use and for display purposes only. No rights to reproduce, distribute or publicly exhibit or exploit for any commercial purposes are granted unless special licence to use has been agreed directly with us at time of purchase. All such rights are expressly reserved to the copyright owner. Unauthorised or unlicensed use shall constitute an infringement of copyright and is against the law.

Colour Matching: Due to variances of computer monitors and web browsers, the colours that appear on your screen may not be exact. Although every effort will be made, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed; we only guarantee that the image you chose will be printed to industry standards for colour matching.
